“Location view and security aspect were outstanding. New rooms, were very clean and well organised: some lights (eg bathroom) did not work properly however, and no shelf/table space provided. Staff courteous and helpful, although some explanations needed to be extracted. Food variety and quality very good; but menu was illegible being tiny font light orange text on shiny white paper. Checkin required by guest using app was very tedious, esp on our arrival tired after a long day on the road.”

“After seeing this property advertised on Hotels.com and Expedia, I was excited to book due to the scenic setting, pool, and dam views. On arrival I was welcomed by a friendly staff member, Lolly. There was brief confusion regarding payment despite having prepaid via Hotels.com, but this was resolved. I was then informed that the pool was out of order and drained after the festive period.
